15-20 pushups and pull ups every night gotta push them numbers up to 100-200 i would do sit ups but i worj out outside

best way i have found to increase reps is 4 rounds of reps until failure 1:30 minute rest inbetween then do EMOMs you will be sore for a week

i used to bench 205lb for 3 reps at 17, but through depressive bouts and general drug laziness I’ve slipled up so my new routine is 145lb for 10 slow reps and I generally follow anything I bench with 10 push-ups

Getting that 205 back is goal #1 that shit had me on some Buddhist nirvana shit, I felt like I could put a hole through any problem that ran up on me pretty much

did 100 push-ups throughout the day today more as a disciplinary exercise than a physical one
