i know guys that carb up on pb&j if that's helpful but i know that's not what you're asking

tuna is cheap as ass my cousin used to mix canned tuna in water (or mackerel but i've literally never seen canned mackerel) up with steamed eggs (yes, steamed eggs) spinach hemp seeds and cottage cheese and whey just mix it up and eat it in a bowl takes minimal preparation and has tons of different sources of protein he would also eat ground beef beans chicken breast and nuts i was like 8 when he would do this but i took notes because it was interesting to me even though i had no intention of bodybuilding lel seriously though he was swole like a balloon at one point he didn't make it a lifestyle but whatever he was doing seemed to do the trick and i would highly value his advice and will probably contact him for more info if i ever start lifting

weed is a subset of hemp but hemp is kind of hard to find especially where you live i wouldn't bother with that one

my cousin is a bodybuilding genius he doesn't even specifically do it any more and he's still ripped

im not big on protein shakes anyways so i could take them or leave them
i do have this prescribed protein supplement drink that ive been having to drink for the past forever though (despite the fact that my nigerian cousin and his fucked-in-the head hick spawn friend drink them more than i do and it's fucking bullshit) but ive recently noticed it has a shit ton of sugar in it too

* protein powder: best way to get protein if you actually need it - you might not like it but i take isopure which is ~$13/pound of protein with some useless pseudoscience bullshit and some vitamins thrown in - at 50g per scoop you cant get any better than this and there are flavorless versions that people like to drink
* meat: any (all meat has tons of protein by any metric; cost, calories, weight, volume, etc; totally outweighs 'protein-rich' plants, etc)
* eggs: raw eggs dont really have any more protein than cooked ones - you can eat tons of eggs
* nuts: nuts are great ways to get tons of calories and fat (not bad to eat fat) and some protein all in a small serving

ive been upping my frequency and starting each morning i do a 20-30 minute run
i do pushups n pullups on fridays but im gonna start working them into the evenings when things get less wet outside
