I already bought the case and it's on it's way but I'm going to wait on everything else until May/June both because I want income before making a huge purchase like this and because I'm waiting for Pascal graphics cards to come out and knock the prices of every other nvidia card down

I can build it all right now without the card because the new Skylake processor's integrated graphics are better than my 730 GT, RIP
also I already have a CD drive and plan on adding RAM

oh and I'm probably gonna go with a 2TB hdd instead

no an NVIDIA GeForce 730 GT, GDDR5, but it's still worse than Intel HD Graphics 530 which come in the newest processor generation
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-730/specifications
http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-730-vs-Intel-HD-530-Desktop-Skylake/m12582vsm33102

i have an ancient 9500 GT sitting as a paperweight on my bookshelf, the fan got so clogged with dust it melted off the heat sink
this was in 2011/12 or so, I've learned since then

BULLSHIT the difference between 1600 and 1966mhz with ddr3 is imperceptible for most applications i seriously doubt youre gonna get a performance boost going to fucking 3000mhz for double the price - just buy double the ram and youll probably be better off

mobo has 15% off for the next day, marking it down 20 bucks, but im not gonna mess with that cuz next time micro center has a sale i can just bundle it with the processor and get $20 off anyway

wait nevermind fuck my ass. there's a gigantic sales tax because i live in kansas and they tax the shit out of everything because of their shit finances, and pcpartpicker lets you add in taxes, and with taxes the price of the processor goes up past 200
although shipping for the other places might put their totals up there anyway. i'll wait and see
